You cannot act to be civilized when the rest are uncivilized. Isn’t there a saying “When in Rome, do what the Romans do” or something like that. Lets suppose you were to settle in Kathmandu. All your good driving behavior that you might have learned here would fly out the window. There’s a reason why people have to act like that and I think it is the way of life. Would you still think outside the box or choose to not drive at all?

Everytime I am back, I am too scared to drive myself and and trouble my brothers or friends.
All these slogans ‘New Nepal’ etc will take us nowhere unless we improve our behaviour/consciousness in things like these.
