Never heard of 80% face cover for passport photo before :) ….Your proverb “हलो अड्काएर गोरु चुटेको” is very impressive :D

I agree with you on universal standard for pictures, for both visa and passport. This idea is beneficial as world today has become very interdependent with globalisation.

BTW, what happened to your blog. Did you have that password protected? I can only access it thru Google Reader.

What a coincidence! I also just had problem with photo, a different one though. I had to apply visa for Germany and I used Passport size picture (taken in Nepal, which I already used for three different visa applications in Japan). But German embassy had different requirement for photo (face had to cover 80% of the photo). Most stupid thing I ever heard! Either you say “Passport size” or create new Universal size for pictures, why I had to take a new picture just for German embassy? कुरो नबुझिसक्नु छ … I had to spend 1200 yen for just a single picture.

It’s just a periodic thing, I will switch to a new combination when I feel monotonous(mood dependent) :D
